4. Email Marketing
We will only send you marketing emails if you have opted in — either by signing up through our website, downloading a resource, or taking a quiz. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing hello@linda-corcoran.com.
We use Systeme.io to manage our email list. Systeme.io is our data processor for this purpose.
5. Coaching Sessions
Information shared during coaching sessions is held in strict confidence. We keep brief session notes to support the continuity and quality of your coaching. These notes are stored securely and are not shared with any third party.
Coaching is not therapy and does not constitute mental health treatment. If you disclose information that suggests a risk to your safety or the safety of others, we may need to take appropriate action — this is the only circumstance in which confidentiality may be set aside.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following trusted service providers:

7. How Long We Keep Your Data
- Email list subscribers: for as long as you remain subscribed, plus 30 days after unsubscription
- Coaching client records: 7 years after the end of the coaching relationship
- Enquiry emails: 2 years
- Website usage data: as set by Systeme.io — typically 26 months
8. Your Rights Under UK GDPR
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal data; to data portability; to object to processing; and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@lindacorcorancoaching.com. We will respond within one month.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.
9. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. No transmission of data over the internet is completely secure, but we do our best to protect your data.

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18.
